A settlement on Narragansett Bay, made in 1637, by a party of Antinomians under the leadership of William Coddington. It was made in anticipation of banishment from Massachusetts for upholding Mrs. Hutchinson, the leader of the Antinomians.

- An inorganic water-soluble platinum complex. After undergoing hydrolysis, it reacts DNA produce both intra interstrand crosslinks. These crosslinks appear to impair replication and transcription of DNA. The cytotoxicity cisplatin correlates with cellular arrest in G2 phase cell cycle.
