Decoloratio, Discoloratio, from de, 'from,' and colorare, coloratum, 'to colour.' Loss of the natural colour; Parachrosis. Devoid of colour -Achromasia. In Pharmacy any process by which liquids, or solids in solution, are deprived wholly or in part of their colour, -as by bringing them in contact with animal charcoal.
