A Greek poet; born at Anazarbus in Cilicia; flourished under Marcus Aurelius. He composed a dactic poem, "On Fishing", in five books. The versification is smooth, the style ornate. His works have been edited by J. G. Schneider (Leipzig, 1813), and F. S. Lehrs (Paris, 1846).
