Cold, acidulous springs, the source of which is at Seitz, nine leagues from Strasbnrg, and in the Department of the Bas-Rhin. They contain carbonates of lime, magnesia, and soda, chloride of sodium, and much carbonic acid. They are refrigerant, tonic, diuretic, and aperient.
