A contemporary Turkish poet, critic, and litterateur of considerable repute in his own country. Besides numerous translations of philosophical maxims, moral anecdotes, etc., from the Arabic and Persian, he has written two volumes of original poems, "Djezebaad" and "Feizabad", which are imbued with the Oriental mysticism.
